By installing or playing Offline Puzzle Games ("the app"), you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the app.
The app
The app is provided for personal, non-commercial entertainment. Your progress is saved on your device; the optional online features (cloud save, leaderboards, sign-in, push notifications and purchases) are described in our Privacy Policy.
Accounts and fair play
- A guest account is created automatically; signing in with Google is optional and lets your progress follow you to a new device.
- Leaderboards are for fun. We run automated checks for implausible scores and may hide, reset or ban an account from the boards if it is flagged; this doesn't affect your local game progress.
- You're responsible for anything that happens through your account or device.
Purchases
In-app purchases (such as removing ads) are billed and processed by Google Play under Google Play's Terms of Service. Purchases are generally non-refundable except as required by law or Google Play's own policies; refund requests go through Google Play, not us.
Advertising
Unless you've purchased ad removal, the app shows ads served by Google AdMob under its own terms and policies. We don't control the content of individual ads.
Acceptable use
Don't attempt to disrupt, reverse engineer the server protocol to cheat, or abuse the service (for example, flooding the server, impersonating another player, or using an offensive display name). We may suspend or remove an account that does.
Availability and changes
The app works offline; online features depend on our server being reachable and may change, be interrupted, or be withdrawn at any time, including during maintenance. We may update the app, its rules, or these terms; continuing to use the app after an update means you accept the current terms.
Disclaimer and liability
The app is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent the law allows. We are not liable for indirect or incidental damages arising from your use of the app or its online features, including loss of game progress.
Deleting your account
You can delete your cloud data at any time: in the app, Settings → Delete cloud data, or from a browser at /account/delete if you signed in with Google.
